Ram Panigrahy Law Offices is the outcome of decades of experience of it’s founder Ramachandra Panigrahy, an eminent lawyer with a post grad degree in law, whose legal acumen, coupled with knowledge gained over years of Corporate Advisory, Documentation & Litigation practice, give the law firm a cutting edge.

Ram has to his credit over 27 years of experience with large Multi Nnational Banks, the largest private bank in India, NBFCs, and court practice before various courts and judicial fora. He has worked on cases pertaining to Writ, Recovery Proceedings on behalf of various Banks and Financial Institutions, legal due diligence towards sale of assets, structured transactions, Insurance, SARFAESI matters etc.

He has practiced Civil Law before various Trial Courts and various Consumer Forums, Debt Recovery Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunal, NCLAT etc.

During his corporate tenure, Ram also worked on various agreements pertaining to software procurement and delivered Legal & Title opinions, opinions on mortgage, charge, security creation formalities, transfer, sale, conveyance of immoveable properties, legal audit and attended various arbitration proceedings.

This experience garnered well over two decades has given him an insight to comprehend the workings and requirements of his clients much better, which in turn helps us serve our clients more efficiently.
